Story of our Lumpwood Charcoal
Our excellent Lumpwood Restaurant grade charcoals are produced through high quality low carbon emission traditional handmade process. They are cut into sizes and slow cooked for a minimum of 7 days under the earth in a chemical free 100% organic and natural process.
Our charcoal are handpicked by the local community as we prefer to provide them jobs and make sure a lot of the work is done within the local areas where the trees are to reduce our carbon footprints.
Finally, we work with local forestry authorities to make sure the trees are replanted and not exploited unsustainably.
